My blog prior to that meeting details the changes that were made and what kind of development could follow. During the June 2018 Planning Board meeting I previously referenced, the Redevelopment Plan was also changed to allow redevelopment on the East side of Cooper Avenue. Harvest House on the right, moved much closer to the road, the Apartments at Main Street to the left, and a new 4 story complex behindĪlso on the agenda is "to reconfigure lot line and to redevelop the property" at 17 and 19 Cooper Avenue. The overall town-wide Redevelopment Plan was altered in June 2018 to allow for a four story building - the previous restriction had been 3 stories.Īs Final Site Plan approval is being requested, assuming it is granted, construction can start shortly thereafter. I do not know whether any changes have been made to it, but expect something similar. The design that was presented to Town Council in September 2017 is shown below. The parking lot and landscaping will be merged with the parking lot for the Apartments at Main Street on the next lot. There will be some affordable units contained within the project, set in the Redevelopment Plan at 15%. A new 4 story, 51 unit apartment complex will be built behind it. From what has been talked about in the past, the proposal will likely be to pick up the Harvest House and move it closer to the road. ![]() The first agenda item is for Preliminary and Final Site Plan Approval for redevelopment at the Harvest House property. While there are four items on the agenda, I will only call attention to two of them. There is an Evesham Township Planning Board meeting on at 7 pm in the Municipal Building. ![]()
